What you MUST bring with you to obtain copies of your reports:
For you as the victim listed in the report: You MUST have a valid (not expired) government-issued photo identification which proves you are entitled to the report or registered owner of the vehicle listed in the report.
For a juvenile or dependent: you MUST bring a copy of his/her birth certificate or guardianship paperwork issued to you by Family Court Services.
Eligibility of documents depends on case status or the type of case. Specific types of reports require other forms or documents prior to being released. These reports may take longer or require more than one visit before they can be released to you. Examples of some of these reports may be:
Sexual Assault reports
Child Abuse/Neglect reports
Dead Body reports
OBTAINING COPIES OF YOUR ACCIDENT AND/OR CRIME REPORTS
